The renowned Concordia Hotel is one of the most well-known hotels in Târgu Mureș, Romania. The building itself is constructed in a classical, neo-baroque style and it has been one of the jewels of the city center for more than a century.

We specialize in digitally conserving and examining heritage buildings. Our expertise lies in digitally capturing and scrutinizing historic architecture. Utilizing sophisticated CAD software such as Archicad, we craft intricate BIM models, which go beyond mere geometry, including specific physical and functional building component details.
Our process entails producing exhaustive architectural drawings, encompassing accurate floor plans, cross-sections, elevations, exterior details, and intricate drawings. This technology enables us to create colorized point clouds, a crucial step in developing a detailed and high-definition Building Information Model (BIM). This model transcends basic architectural representations by incorporating intricate details of the building’s physical and functional attributes.
Our service is tailored to meet diverse requirements. For standard projects, we provide a Level of Development (LOD) 300, which covers the fundamental aspects of the structure. However, for more complex endeavors that necessitate a deeper understanding of the building’s components and lifecycle information, we offer up to LOD500. This level of detail is especially valuable for strategic asset management, intricate renovations, or predictive maintenance.
